Who We Are
Stairion was founded in 2025 to help organizations navigate complex transformation, emerging opportunities and evolving risk. Incorporated in the United States and Jordan, we combine global perspective with local delivery across advisory and proprietary product innovation.
Our advisory work spans Enterprise, Technology, AI and Cybersecurity, while Product Innovation gives Stairion a separate path to develop and bring forward selected proprietary products.

Founder & Managing Partner – Hosam Zarour
With over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation and large-scale technology programs, Hosam Zarour has built a career at the intersection of business strategy, advanced technology, and human impact. His leadership spans diverse markets including the United States, Middle East, Africa, and Europe, where he has successfully navigated complex, high-change environments to deliver sustainable results.
Hosam began his career as a Design Verification and Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, gaining a deep technical foundation that shaped his problem-solving approach. He then spent more than a decade at Verizon in multiple executive roles, driving transformation programs that improved customer experience and delivered measurable business impact. At Comcast, he continued this focus, leading initiatives that advanced customer engagement and operational performance.
Transitioning into consulting with IBM, Hosam advised global clients on enterprise transformation and strategic technology adoption, blending business vision with execution. He then spent more than a decade at Ericsson in senior leadership positions across the Middle East and Africa, spanning sales, customer engagement, program and project delivery, and managed operations.
What distinguishes Hosam is not just his ability to lead a complex business but his leadership philosophy. Colleagues and partners consistently describe him as a leader who combines empathy with action, creating an environment where teams feel empowered to innovate and take ownership. Many credit their career growth to his mentorship, guidance, and belief in their potential. At Stairion, Hosam brings this blend of strategic insight and execution experience to the company's two complementary dimensions: Advisory and Product Innovation. His focus is on helping organizations navigate complex transformation and emerging technologies while maintaining a clear line from strategy through execution to measurable outcomes.

Managing Partner – Muhannad Zarour
With over 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, enterprise resilience and technology advisory, Muhannad Zarour has built a career helping organizations protect critical operations and navigate complex risk. His work spans Jordan and the Gulf region, supporting organizations across financial services, telecommunications, energy, utilities and government. He combines strategic advisory experience with a deep technical foundation, connecting governance and business priorities with practical execution.
Muhannad began his career as a Network Security Specialist at Orange Jordan, developing hands-on expertise in protecting core network infrastructure and access systems. He then moved into enterprise technology at King Khaled University in Saudi Arabia, working with mission-critical databases, SAP enterprise systems and IBM middleware platforms. This grounding in enterprise IT environments shaped his understanding of how security, reliability and business continuity work together.
At KPMG Saudi Arabia, Muhannad delivered consulting engagements integrating cybersecurity, business continuity and governance, risk and compliance into enterprise strategy and resilience programs. He subsequently advised STC’s IT operations leadership on data centers, service management and network operations, alongside business support systems and enterprise applications.
His later work at IT Security C&T and KPMG Qatar broadened this experience across cybersecurity strategy, architecture, data protection, privacy and security operations. As Associate Director at KPMG Qatar, he directed major engagements for critical national infrastructure, including national cybersecurity readiness assessments for the FIFA World Cup 2022 and resilience initiatives in telecommunications and energy. Before joining Stairion, he served as Chief Operating Officer at IT Security C&T, overseeing service delivery and quality across managed security services, consulting and cybersecurity training.
Muhannad’s leadership approach emphasizes building capable teams and sustainable organizational capabilities. His experience brings together executive advisory, technical delivery and team mentoring, helping organizations translate complex requirements into security and resilience practices they can operate and sustain.
At Stairion, Muhannad brings this combination of strategic perspective, operational leadership and technical depth to the firm’s Advisory and Product Innovation activities. As Managing Partner, he helps organizations bring technology, AI and security together, strengthening governance, trust and resilience while supporting transformation and measurable business outcomes.
