His leadership spans diverse markets including the United States, Middle East, Africa, and Europe, where he has successfully navigated complex, high-change environments to deliver sustainable results.
Hosam began his career as a Design Verification and Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, gaining a deep technical foundation that shaped his problem-solving approach. He then spent more than a decade at Verizon in multiple executive roles, driving transformation programs that improved customer experience and delivered measurable business impact. At Comcast, he continued this focus, leading initiatives that advanced customer engagement and operational performance.
Transitioning into consulting with IBM, Hosam advised global clients on enterprise transformation and strategic technology adoption, blending business vision with execution. He then spent more than a decade at Ericsson in senior leadership positions across the Middle East and Africa, spanning sales, customer engagement, program and project delivery, and managed operations.
